1970 – May 25; A HH-3E from the 37th ARRS crewed by Maj. Charles W. Bond (P), Jimmie Blackwood (CP), Carroll H. Tatley (FE) and Jules C. Smith (PJ), rescued the pilot of a F-4D (Call sign “Wolf 51 Alpha”), 1st Lt. Gary M. Rubus after he and his WSO, 1st Lt. John T.
