Don Engebretsen and Dane Morvant (both rolled back) fly their champagne flights together (get more of the details in writing from Dane!!!). How did they begin the DEROS process? Both left from Saigon and nearly died in Manila on their Braniff flight home (Larry Cavender, also?)!!!

Larry Warren shows a flight with Larry Cavender on 9Jul, but shows a “fini” flight with Larry on the 6th?? TYPO? Larry shows last flight on 6Jul70.

1970 – July 09; A USAF helicopter crewed by unkn (P), unkn (CP), unkn (FE) and unkn (PJ), rescued the pilot of a F-100D, 1st Lt. G. K. Newsom, after he ejected from his  ground fire damaged aircraft near Loi Tan about 30 miles NE of Bien Hoa AB, RVN. “Vietnam Air Losses” by Chris Hobson
