1970 – October 11; UH-1P gunships of the 20th SOS “Green Hornets”, one of which was crewed by unkn (P), unkn (CP), unkn (FM/AG) and TSgt. Darrell L. Babb (AG), supported VNAF CH-34 “Kingbee” helicopters in the extraction, under intense ground fire, of a MACV SOG team deep in enemy held territory in Combodia.
