1970 – October 15; UH-1P gunships of the 20th SOS “Green Hornets”, one of which was UH-1P #63-13160 crewed by Capt. David Goodard (P), Capt. Hornung (CP), TSgt. James W. Green (FM/AG) and unkn (AG), supported VNAF CH-34 “Kingbee” helicopters in the resupply of a MACV SOG team deep in enemy held territory. No other details are known at this time. “Secret Green Beret Commandos In Cambodia” by Lt. Col. Fred S. Lindsey, USA (Ret.)

1970 – October 15; Det. 11, 38th ARRS at Tuy Hoa AB, RVN is deactivated.
